Artist/Band Submission Agreement

By submitting content to our website you agree to the following terms:

   -We reserve the right to use any songs that you submit anywhere within the contents of our website.
   -We reserve the right to use any photo's and or logo's that you submit anywhere within the contents of our website.
   -We also reserve the right to use any content that you have submitted to us outside the contents of our website for promotional and advertising purposes.
   -You remain the sole owner of any content you submit. We have no intention of gaining any ownership rights to any of the content you have submitted.
   -We will not use any of your content for sales or profiteering unless otherwise agreed upon outside this agreement.

Please note: If you are under any contract agreement with a record label and or manager you may not submit content to our website unless you have expressed written consent to do so.
